Rory leads the Road Danger Reduction and Behaviour Change team, which works with fleet operators, construction sites, motorcycle groups, City employers, and people who walk and cycle, to improve the safety of all road users in the Square Mile. The group developed the City Mark programme, enhancing the implementation of CLOCS in the City. In the summer, we delivered Lunchtime Streets, creating a traffic-free environment on busy streets to allow people to enjoy lunch in a safer, more pleasant environment. 

Rory has previously worked for a variety of organisations, including PTRC (CILT UK), ITDP China and Giant Bicycles.
