Speaker : Sharon Fleming

With 16 years of public sector experience, Sharon leads an award-winning team of over 200 employees and is responsible for managing nearly 4000 vehicles and equipment. Sharon’s strengths in strategic planning, business management, process improvement, and IT strategies coupled with operational experience and a citizen-centric approach help keep her city moving with best practices in fleet management. Prior to joining the City of Calgary, Sharon worked at the City of Toronto in public works administration, utility and taxation revenue, information technology, waste and recycling, and fleet.
